Return Authorization

OldBoys Outdoors provides TWO-YEAR limited warranty to its products you purchased from an authorized dealer. If you run into any question or problem with your product, please refer to FAQs. If you cannot find an answer in there, please go to Tech Support under Customer Service, and ask our technician for help. After running out all these resorts with no luck, you can send the product back to us for repair or exchange. Before you send your product in, please complete and submit the form below. After receiving your submission, we will send you a confirmation email with a RMA number.

Please print out the email, or write down the RMA number, to include in the box with your product along with A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE. An acceptable PROOF OF PURCHASE can be from an authorized OldBoys Outdoors dealer and contain the following information:

1. The name of the retailer where it was purchased
2. The date of the purchase
3. The name of the product that was purchased
