Pricing Policy
After your dealership is approved, please email at sales@oldboysoutdoors.com for dealer price.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be calculated and added to the order. Dealers are highly suggested to purchase insurance for the shipment. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we will not be held accountable for, once the carrier picked up the package, any damage or loss occurring en route to the destination.
Normally, we ship within two business days via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us when placing your order. If your order is backlogged, we will fully refund your payment.
Refund & Exchange Policy
There is no refund on wholesale orders. All sales are final. Only exchange or repair will be issued. To qualify for exchange or repair, items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included and stickers attached within 3 months. Contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please have your order number available.

Please note the following:
- To obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please provide us with the order number.
- Exchanges must include the original invoice or packing slip with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for exchange.
- Once you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner’s manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange.
- Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
- Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by you.
- If exchange or repair is due to defect in materials, we will ship the exchanged or repaired merchandise to you FREE of charge. Otherwise, freight for shipping exchanged merchandise back to you must be pre-paid by you.
- Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
